Achievers’ Haven Admission Procedure

The parent/ guardian visits the school, contacts the admission office via email/phone, or visits our website to access and fill the application form.

The parent/guardian fills out an application form and submits it to the school.

  • The Senior Administrator will handle initial inquiries. A date and time to visit the school is then set.
  • The child and parent/ guardian meet with the school admission officers.
  • A short, informal assessment is conducted to understand the child’s developmental stage.

  • If the child is accepted, an Admission Letter is issued.
  • Discussion on expectations, school policies, and daily routines.
  • Parent/ guardian confirms acceptance by paying the Admission Fee & 60% of the Term Fees within the stated timeframe as per the admission letter.

  • The Parent/ guardian fills out an Enrollment form and attaches all the required documents as listed below;
    1. A valid copy of the birth certificate.
    2. Two passport-size photographs for both the child and the parent.
    3. Medical history & immunization records.
    4. Parent/guardian identification copy.
    5. Any special needs or allergy reports.
    6. Report Card/Mark Sheets from Previous School (if applicable).
  • The Parent/ guardian signs the school guidelines & policies.
  • The child is officially enrolled and receives a Welcome Kit (e.g., timetable, uniform details).
  • First-day preparations are communicated to help the child settle in smoothly.
